We are putting together a birthday bash for our friend kenny who passed away a few weeks ago. i will need cooperation from as much of you guys as possible.
LOCATION:
i would like to get a pavilion at okeeheelee park on Forest Hill
-i need the phone number and or contact for this so i know who to call, and also i need to know how much this will be.
ENTERTAINMENT:
we will have several DJ’s and maybe even some life talent, the cost for the equipment is taken care of, but there will be a generator needed to power it. so i need to know how much they cost to rent, or if anyone has one that they can bring out to power the music
T-SHIRTS:
yes, we will go all the way and get our homeboy’s face on a T-Shirt, i would like to get several quotes, so hit me up with print shops. Black shirt with a picture of him smiling on the front. the shirts will either be sold or handed out, depends on how much donations we get.
FOOD:
there are grills at okeeheelee, so we will need hamburgers, bread, condiments, utensils, hotdogs, chips, soda, water, coolers, and ice.
DONATIONS:
this is the most important part, to make it easy we will use our paypal account so that you can easily donate money. we will also take check, cash whatever. but the fact is this cannot be done without donations, we are asking for atleast $10-$20 from all of you guys, i know its rough, and times are hard, but this is the least we can do for Kenny. all proceeds from the donations will go toward the Memorial, anything left over will be put into an envelope and handed to his mother to help out, i know personally Kenny handed plenty of envelopes to her in the past to help on bills.
HEADCOUNT:
please provide accurate headcounts so that we know how much shirts will be made, and how much food will need to be bought, i would hate to buy food for 50 people, and have 10 show, or buy food for 20 people and have 200 show.
SCHEDULE
FRI JULY 24 – we need to have the pavilion reserved
FRI JULY 31 – we need to have the T-Shirts ordered (they take time to be made)
SAT AUGUST 22 – we need to have all the food bought

there is 1 pavilion, i just called, it will be a total of $257 to rent it.. $100 of that is refundable. to pay for it i can do it over the phone or goto 2700 6th avenue south in lake worth.

The only pavillion okeeheelee has left is on a hill and is far from the bathrooms.. does anyone have an issue with this before i got reserve it? Got another idea for a different park? Let me know!?

ATTN.. KENNYS “BIGGA” BDAY PARTY!! WE ARE GOING TO MEET ON SUNDAY AUGUST THE 2ND AT KENNYS RESTING SPOT TO COLLECT DONATIONS FOR HIS PARTY AND FOR PRE ORDER OF THE SHIRTS THAT ARE BEING MADE.
